Standard sized tile featuring an embossed leaf from native White Oak (Quercus alba) sourced in my Detroit nieghborhood. The leaves are reserved out and colored with Mason stains, which are wiped away to bring up detail. The remainder of the piece is finished with food-safe glaze. Suitable for hanging as-is, framing or as a trivet.
